Do you have to be friends with your co-workers?

Co-workers can not be friends. In a work place you are there to work not to gossip and talk about others. I have learned that you can't be friends with your co-workers because if you are you will find yourself talking to your friends instead of doing your job which causes chaos in the work place. Another thing, is that I realized people can be really fake to customers, and to their co-workers especially older white ladies, that do not have anything else to do, but hate on a person. At the end of the day you will realize you are your own friend, because "friends" are there to help, and no co-worker is going to be there when you are getting yelled at by your manager or boss. Co-workers may act like friends, but will talk behind your back. Don't trust anyone. (:

Week #4 Do you think it is OK for EMPLOYEES to take things from work for their personal use?

To take things from a work place is not fair. Not only is it unfair for the owner, also for the employees, because it is money being spent on someone who takes things without asking. It will lead other employees to do the same therefore it will cause the owner to fire people I believe. For example if I owned a restaurant, and the employees took glasses, plates, forks, and food such as deserts, alcoholic bottles, it will lead a loss of my company. That would make me unhappy, so it is better to pay for your personal uses. It is not okay to take anything without asking. That is something a person should learn since the begging year of  being a toddler.

My Future Career Interests

After I graduate, I will enroll to Hancock for a while to finish the prerequisites I need to be a hygienist. Then I will attend Oxnard College for the 2 year Hygienist Program. I am interested in this career because I will be working with patients. Also because I like to help people with their hygiene. This career caught my attention because Dentist's uniforms are really cute, and I will be wearing the uniforms when I become a hygienist. It will take me total of 4-5 years to achieve this career I am interested in. It will take a while, but everything will be worth it.

My Writing Challenges

When it comes to writing there is a lot of challenge. It is a challenge when you speak two languages, not only do you need to know how to translate you need to know how to write it. It gets to be a big challenge when you do not know how to use the right vocabulary. I have a hard time using big words in sentences. Also when writing an essay I find it challenging where to put comas, and where to put an end to my essays. Another challenge is that I write really long sentences. My writing is not perfect that is why it is a challenge.

Writing as a teen.

As a teen there is too much to do that sonetimes we do not have enough time. For example if we get home tired there is no time to write on a journal. If there is time, when we get to the point of writing something  you have too many emotions going on you don't know what to write. In the other hand us teens find time to be on social media. Social media has taken a big part of our time that we do not realize. We should be able to have time to write a couple thoughts and ideas in a journal.
